Communication and Marketing consultant, Capucine graduated from a Master Degree in Advertising, from Institut of Advanced Studies of Social Communication (IHECS) in Brussels.
Having a previous experience at the Raoul Wallenberg Institute she joined the HRCN team in January 2023. Her goal is to create an impactfull and accessible communication, in order to promote the important given-link of the Human Rights Cities Network and a better integrated human rights based approach.
