The Human Rights Cities Network expands the context for the development of human rights cities in Europe, through multilateral exchanges. One aspect is the specific European context, through exchange of experiences, lessons learned and locally-developed best practices among members. The other aspect is the international context, through dissemination of information and linking of associate members.
