-
Are you passionate about diversity, equality and democratic participation?
-
Do you believe that everyone’s voice matters in the upcoming European Parliament elections?
-
Do you want to develop your skills in advocacy and campaigning?
If your answer is “Yes”, then this DARE workshop is just for you!
The main objective of this online workshop is to prepare participants to be multipliers in their communities and promote participation in the upcoming European Parliament elections and beyond among new Europeans (people with migration and refugee backgrounds who have recently obtained the citizenship of an EU member state and are eligible to vote in the June elections).
The workshop will take place in two half days as four 90-minute sessions in total. The participants will develop their campaigning and advocacy skills to promote active participation and will co-create a short-term communication campaign with targeted messages. The process will be facilitated by seasoned trainers with experience in human rights, refugee and migrant inclusion, advocacy, and activism who apply non-formal education methods.
